Brightside Services include professional office subscriptions and mail receiving and forwarding services. Whether you're just starting a practice, offering telehealth or in-person services, or even operating a group practice, Brightside has the right solution for you! Our offices are passcode protected for secure access.

Mail Receiving and Forwarding

Our mail receiving and forwarding services allow you to designate Brightside as your official practice location, to be used for business registration, licensing board communications, NPI practice location and insurance documentation. When you sign up for our mail service, the service includes the flexible option to reserve office space for occasional use on a fee per hour basis.

Brightside Members can access our web-based SphereMail application, which notifies members when new mail has been received. Members can review mail senders and direct Brightside to recycle or shred junk mail and unwanted deliveries.

Use our mail forwarding service to receive weekly redelivery of mail to your designated forwarding address. Each plan supports two forwarding addresses in the base price. Prior to redelivery, your mail is stored securely and only accessible to authorized staff. Mail forwarding costs $1.40/delivery plus postage, in addition to our base subscription plan.

Fully Furnished Shared Office Space

If you're looking for a great private office space to offer a mix of telehealth or in-person appointments, Brightside Coworking is for you! Now you can get your own private office, fully furnished and ready for in-person or online appointments at an affordable price! All office space subscriptions include use of our mail service!

Our office reservation system allows you to review availability of offices in your designated building and reserve rooms to for client sessions. Each plan includes a fixed number of hours per month that can be reserved based on your needs and space availability. We're constantly monitoring office space utilization to make sure there's capacity to meet member needs. Have unexpected excess demand? Not a problem, you can reserve hours beyond your plan level and pay as you go.

Brightside Supports Group Practices

Group practices are welcome at Brightside Coworking. For group practices, one individual is identifies as the primary subscriber, but addition group practice members are added to the plan as "co-members". Co-members can reserve office space and see clients, just like regular members, but their usage is accumulated and billed to primary subscriber's account.
